About Me
I feel my gift to the world is helping others to feel more comfortable in their bodies, by providing bodywork that works by assisting movement and balance in the physical and energetic body; facilitating the intelligence of the body to heal itself.

Hi,
I’m Lisa of Regeneration Therapies and I work with people to ease pain and improve mobility and well-being.
I specialise in offering advanced, clinical remedial massage, along with reflexology and other bodywork approaches. You can read about that in more detail in the ‘treatment info’ section.
The sessions I offer benefit people who have chronic health conditions, chronic pain and mobility issues, as well as those who like deep bodywork to relieve tension and still their mind.
A little about my background & interests…
I maintain my own wellness in various ways, through meditation/mindfulness, pilates, gym, dancing/movement, sauna sessions, writing and painting, chanting/singing, learning, regular long walks and sitting in nature, listening to music and receiving massage therapy. These things all bring me strength and happiness in my heart.
My background has largely been psychology and charity based, working with organisations and their service users in various ways on their individual journeys. My key driving force and passion has always been in supporting people with mental and physical health issues to thrive in life. Ever since I was a small child, I’ve had a huge curiosity for spiritual, physical and emotional wellness, and I’ve explored and continue to explore my own learning and growth through education, reading, workshops, therapies and creative processes. It’s an integral part of who I am and as essential as the air I breathe.
Working with processing and releasing trauma held in the body is a subject that has interested me a lot in recent years and is something that I see as important knowledge in my role as a bodywork therapist.
